LONG LOAF/BAGUETTE MOULDER

This machine is suitable for producing French baguettes. This moulder can be used both for small and medium production bakeries and in major business, thanks to its production capacity if 1800 pieces per hour.


The machine is provided with a trolley, but in can also be placed on the workbench. The dough pieces are sheeted by two cylinder rollers, which are made of plastic material and that can be easily regulated. Then the pieces are gently rolled by two conveyor belts, that move in opposite direction.
